These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Telco Mobile LTD (operating as “AloGlobe”) and govern your use of our products, services, mobile application (the “App”), and website (the “Site”, collectively with the foregoing, the “Services”). These Terms are available at www.aloglobe.com. AloGlobe may only accept variant clauses under an explicit written agreement.
BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING THE APP, OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES. These Terms are effective upon your first acceptance or use of the Services. If agreeing on behalf of an employer or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them, and “Customer” will refer to that entity.
Personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (www.aloglobe.com/privacy-policy), incorporated into this Agreement.
NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 20). IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION.
AloGlobe is a global eSIM platform offering data, voice, and text packages for seamless international connectivity.
The term “Customer” refers to any party engaging with AloGlobe’s Services, including End Users, Business Users, and End Customers.
Customers must register an Account with accurate, current information and safeguard their login credentials. You are solely responsible for Account activities. You must notify AloGlobe immediately of unauthorized use. The Account Owner is the contracting party (or their employer, if applicable) and is solely entitled to Account benefits.
AloGlobe may request additional details to enhance services, compliant with data protection laws.
AloGlobe strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free, or timely connectivity. Customers must not use Services for abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities or impair network integrity. Violations may result in suspension (with continued payment obligations). Customers must ensure their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Verify compatibility at checkout, as AloGlobe’s device list is non-exhaustive.
The contract begins upon order completion via www.aloglobe.com, the App, or partner platforms.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). AloGlobe is not liable for PSP agreements. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay (in USD or local currency). Renewal fees are charged automatically when data thresholds are met. You can cancel anytime via Account settings or support@aloglobe.com. Invoices detail AloGlobe Credits consumed for eSIMs/top-ups. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
You can purchase AloGlobe Credits to buy eSIMs/top-ups. Payment methods include bank transfers or cards. Eligible Business Users may receive services before payment, subject to credit limits.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase if Services are unusable due to AloGlobe’s error.

For Business Users, refunds are issued as AloGlobe Credits or credit notes. End Customers who purchased via resellers must contact the Business User for refunds. Submit requests via support@aloglobe.com. Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
AloGlobe offers digital currencies (AloGlobe Rewards for End Users and AloGlobe Credits for Business Users) to purchase eSIMs and services.
AloGlobe Rewards are exclusive to End Users and provide cashback on paid purchases. Rewards are earned on full-price purchases (excluding discounted or referred transactions). Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire one year after the last qualifying transaction. Balances and expiry dates are visible in the Account Profile. Rewards are redeemable for future purchases or can be combined with other payment methods. The rewards are proportional to the paid amount in combined transactions. AloGlobe reserves the right to adjust reward tiers or validity, or to revoke rewards for abuse or fraud.
Credits are used to purchase eSIMs/top-ups on the Partner Platform. Unused Credits remain AloGlobe’s property upon contract termination and are non-refundable. Postpaid Business Users are assigned spending limits, and exceeding these limits restricts further purchases.
Users must activate eSIMs within the specified timeframe post-purchase. Inactive eSIMs expire and require repurchase. Users are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase.
Pricing is subject to change without notice due to market rates or operational costs. Business Users may receive volume-based discounts. Promotions are limited-time offers with explicit terms, and AloGlobe may modify or terminate them at its discretion.
By using AloGlobe, you consent to the collection of GPS, IP, and Wi-Fi/cell tower data to deliver location-based services, improve network performance, and comply with legal requirements. You can control tracking via device settings, but some features may be limited.
Users must comply with local telecom laws. For example, IMEI Registration is required per Resolution 5050 of 2016 in Colombia. You confirm lawful device ownership and authorize AloGlobe to register your IMEI with Colombia’s CRC database. Personal data is processed per Decree 1377 of 2013.
You represent that you are 18+ (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind your employer (if applicable).
You agree not to use the services for illegal/fraudulent activities, reverse-engineer AloGlobe’s software, harass other users, or misuse intellectual property.
After termination, your data is irretrievably deleted.
AloGlobe may link to external websites, but this does not imply endorsement. Third-party sites operate under their own terms, and AloGlobe disclaims liability for their content or actions.
All app and website content (text, graphics, trademarks) is AloGlobe’s property. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Submitted feedback and ideas become AloGlobe’s exclusive property.
AloGlobe respects intellectual property rights. To report infringement, submit a written notice to support@aloglobe.com including a description of the copyrighted work and its location on our Services, proof of ownership, and your contact details. The notice must state that you believe the use is unauthorized and is accurate under penalty of perjury, and must include your electronic or physical signature.
"Confidential Information" includes AloGlobe’s trade secrets, business strategies, user data, and proprietary technology. You agree to protect this information, disclose it only to authorized personnel bound by confidentiality, and notify AloGlobe of unauthorized disclosures. You must return or destroy all Confidential Information upon termination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALOGLOBE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR service interruptions or errors, damages from unauthorized access to data, and events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
AloGlobe’s maximum liability is the lesser of the fees you paid in the prior 6 months or $100 USD. Some jurisdictions prohibit liability exclusions; these terms apply to the fullest permitted extent.
You agree to defend and indemnify AloGlobe against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violations of these Terms or third-party rights, or fraudulent/illegal activities. AloGlobe reserves the right to assume defense of any claim at your expense.
You must attempt resolution via support@aloglobe.com for 30 days before initiating arbitration. Disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions) by a neutral arbitrator in San Francisco, CA. The arbitration is governed by AAA Commercial Rules (www.adr.org). Claims under $10,000 USD may be resolved without a hearing. Exceptions include small claims court or injunctive relief for IP violations. The agreement is governed by California law, with FAA applicability.
This agreement is governed by Delaware law (excluding conflict-of-law principles). AloGlobe may transfer this Agreement; you may not without our consent. If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translations. AloGlobe may modify these Terms with notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. Electronic communications (email/Site postings) satisfy legal "writing" requirements.
